Our yoga bolster covers are made from 100% pure cotton fabric and are now available in 4 beautiful colors. Of course, you can remove some of the filling to make the bolster less high, for example, to support your lower back.

Recommended: We recommend using 2 cushions for shoulder exercises, as one cushion of the correct size would be too heavy.
