Although this is a single piece of fabric, it can be sewn to a custom length if needed.
Material: 50% wool, 30% cotton, 20% polyester.

Curled Sitting: With your knees drawn toward your chest, wrap the belt around your knees and mid to lower back for comfort and support.
King Pose (Lalitasana): In a half lotus position with one leg extended, wrap the belt around the raised knee, opposite shoulder, and lower back for added stability.
